We have had a significant increase in last minute cancellations recently so this is just a friendly reminder of our cancellation policy. We require a credit card to be on file when booking services. To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services will be charged to your credit card. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 75% of your scheduled services will be charged to your credit card.
